I find a lot of joy in service. One of my passions is researching breakthroughs in science and natural remedies to balance our body, mind and soul. I sometimes fill in in the Health & Beauty section of our local food co-op and enjoy making suggestions to help people with physical maladies, stress or to encourage a weary soul to allow self-love treats. I've become aware that the more I do it, the easier the suggestions flow out of me! Joy comes from feeling connected to the God force in me and all around me and that the suggestions come not only from my knowledge but from this Source. It's awesome.

Destiny's response was brilliant. Made me consider a 'true joy that came along by accident.' Last February I was walking alone at a golf course where kids toboggan regularly on the weekends. It was a school/week day and no one was there. I saw a plastic slide blowing in the wind as if it was inviting me to be a kid again and play. And so I did. It was so much fun sliding down those hills which I hadn't done in 30 -40 years. Destiny's suggestion that joy is often unexpected and found in new ways makes sense. Will keep this in mind going forward. With gratitude.
